What we collect
Only what you send us in the application form or by phone: your name, contact details, the route you are interested in and your objective for the trip.

Why we use it
To reply to your application, select the group, book accommodation and transport, and send you the program. We do not sell or transfer your data for marketing purposes.

Who sees it
The Eatinerary team and only those partners required to fulfil the trip: hotels, transport providers, producers and insurers.

How long we keep it
Applications are kept for up to 24 months, trip documents for the period required by accounting rules. You can request deletion at any time.
