The programme is indicative
Route order, restaurants, farms, hotels and the number of days may change due to season, harvest calendar, availability of producers and weather. The final version is confirmed with the group before departure.
Booking and payment
A place is confirmed after a deposit. The balance is due before departure, on the schedule stated in your invoice. Prices are quoted per person on request.
Cancellation
If you cancel, we refund amounts not already committed to hotels, transport, producers and restaurants. Non-refundable bookings are stated in your invoice.
Included and excluded
The scope of every expedition is listed on the Format page and on each expedition page. International flights, visas, insurance and personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.
Responsibility
Participants follow the safety rules of production sites and farms and are responsible for their own health, documents and insurance. We may replace a site with an equivalent one if access is refused.
