Markets, Farms
Wine & Fine Dining
An 11–13 day chef-hosted gastronomic journey across Thailand for food lovers: restaurants, markets, farms, wineries and the people shaping modern Thai cuisine, ending at Aulis Phuket.

Practical Information
CURATORS · Charlie Wilson · Arsene BrahajAbout the Route
A chef-hosted journey across Thailand: Bangkok's restaurants and markets, the artisan farms and vineyards of Khao Yai, greenhouse and coffee producers in the north, and a final Michelin-level dinner at Aulis Phuket.
Hosted by Chef Charlie Wilson and Sommelier Arsene Brahaj, every day is curated around the people behind the plate: chefs, cheesemakers, winemakers, coffee growers and ceramicists.
The experience is designed for curious travellers who want depth without logistics: all internal flights, private transfers and reservations are managed by our team.
The programme is indicative. Route order, restaurants, farms, hotels and the number of days may change depending on season, harvest calendar, availability and weather. The final version is confirmed with the group before departure.
